Achieving your health and fitness goals shouldn’t be a struggle and should be sustainable for life. Whether you are aiming to lose body-fat, build muscle, or simply improve your overall health, my personalized macro coaching program is designed to guide and support you every step of the way.  

Macro coaching, also known as macronutrient coaching, is a personalized approach to nutrition and fitness that focuses on tracking and optimizing your intake of macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Instead of solely counting calories or following strict meal plans, we balance macronutrients to achieve specific health and fitness goals.

As a certified macro coach, I will work with you to provide an individualized plan based on your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. We will set your daily macronutrient targets based on factors such as your age, weight, activity level, and fitness goals. These targets are often expressed in grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fats to consume each day.

Once your macro targets are established, you track your food intake using a tracking app or journal to ensure you’re meeting these targets consistently. I will work with you to provide meal ideas, tips for food selection, and strategies for hitting your macros while enjoying a balanced diet that includes a variety of nutrient-dense foods.

The key principles of macro coaching include flexibility, education, accountability, and individualization. My goal is to empower individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes, achieve their health and fitness goals, and maintain long-term success.

I understand that every body is unique, which is why I create customized macro plans specifically tailored to your individual needs and goals. No more one-size-fits-all diets or cookie-cutter workout routines; my approach is about improving your body through lifestyle changes that last a lifetime. The key to sustainable body recomposition is to fuel your body with the right mix of PROTEIN, FATS, and CARBOHYDRATES, to reach your full health and fitness potential! With all of the confusing information and endless products available on the market that advertise a “quick-fix”, my goal is to equip you with information that will help you eat well at home, in a restaurant, and even on vacation.

I meet you where you are. Together, we will help you learn the importance of a balanced diet while teaching you about properly building meals; pairing foods together for optimal digestion and blood-sugar control.
